Dr. Raymond Fabius

Dr. Ray Fabius has more than 30 years of business experience in leadership roles as a global physician executive. Currently, he is the Co-Founder and President of HealthNEXT, an emerging leader in flattening employer healthcare costs by applying proprietary benchmark research of employers by creating “cultures of health” and providing center-of-excellence services.

During his career, Ray has garnered medical and business leadership experience in informatics, strategy, operations, patient management, wellness and health promotion, disease management, web-based health content delivery and much more. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Medical Officer for Truven Health Analytics (now part of IBM Watson Health). Ray also has been a strategic adviser to Walgreens Health & Wellness, President and CMO of I-trax Health Solutions as well as executive leadership positions at General Electric, Thompson Reuters, U.S. Healthcare and Aetna.

Ray has written numerous articles and five books in addition to being a keynote presenter at the Center for Disease Control, the United Nations Sustainability Conference and the American Medical Association’s National Meeting. He also has been an adjunct faculty member of Jefferson University, the American College of Occupational & Environmental Medicine, the American Association of Physical Leadership and the Harvard School of Public Health.
