Leslie Courtney

Based in Boston, MA, Leslie Courtney has nearly 20 years of experience in health care serving in senior management roles across multiple leading organizations. Currently, serving as Executive Vice President of Client Success of Sunrise, Florida based MDLIVE, Leslie leads the organization’s health plan and employer verticals. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Eastern Nazarene College; and her Masters of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness Management from Springfield College.

She spent nearly 10 years in the worksite wellness industry in service delivery, account management and operations with both Johnson & Johnson HCS and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of RI. In these roles, Leslie helped increase the footprint of worksite wellness through private sector corporate initiative and channel development. During Leslie’s tenure at BCBSRI, she served as Director of Health Sciences, defining the core product and service for the company. She also successfully lead a team of over 35 employees in to a newly formed national subsidiary of BCBSRI titled the Health and Wellness Institute as well as participated in the State of RI’s initiative to become the first Well State in the Nation in 2008.

Leslie continued her healthcare work after departing BCBSRI becoming the top Channel Development revenue generator at IncentOne in 2007 as well as tripling total company revenue in her first 2 years as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Consumer’s Medical Resource starting in 2009. Leslie has spoken at several national healthcare conferences including National Business Group on Health, World Congress and Employee Benefit News. Her leadership skills and well respected knowledge of the healthcare industry have made her a highly sought after leader in growing organizations.

Leslie resides outside of Boston, MA with her husband and 2 children. Leslie is an active supporter of breast cancer research initiatives, and volunteers in her community food drives, politics and school fundraising.
