Kelly Fogg

Kelly brings 15 years of experience in designing, innovating, and implementing wellness, health, and work/life benefit programs. Kelly collaborates with the Northeast Regional Gallagher teams and clients to design customized wellbeing solutions that address organizational challenges and the whole employee.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Kelly led the wellness and work/life benefit programs for Tufts University in Medford, MA. Her prior experience also includes health, wellness, and engagement related positions within the senior living industry and hospital-based health and wellness centers. Kelly spent four years in the United States Navy. It was during her military service that she developed her passion for wellbeing, with a focus on creating strategies that deliver a healthy and high performing workforce.

Kelly holds a BS in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL where she graduated Magma Cum Laude. Kelly is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Kelly is actively involved in the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts (WWCMA) and participates on their Special Projects Committee.
