David Lee is the founder of HumanNature@Work. His work focuses on organizations interested in improving employee productivity, teamwork, morale, and customer service.

An internationally recognized authority in the areas of leadership and employee engagement, he has worked with organizations, and presented at conferences both domestically and abroad.

David is the author of Managing Employee Stress and Safety, plus over 100 articles and book chapters on topics related to leadership, courageous conversations, and maximizing employee performance.

He has also been involved in the resilience field for over 30 years. His talk Becoming Resilient has been aired on multiple Public Radio stations.

Recently, his work on what makes organizations resilient and employees perform at their best has focused on the central role productive relationships and productive conversations have on these outcomes, with this being the take away message:
