Resilience Facilitator Certification Program
We’ve partnered with Dr. Joel Bennett, President of Organizational Wellness & Learning Systems, to deliver a member-only Resilience Facilitator Certification Program, “Resilience & Thriving” taking place in January 2020. This 4.5 hour online course facilitated by Dr. Bennett is for those who wish to train, teach or coach others on their journey of resilience and well-being. Professionals in wellness, human resources, employee assistance, education, prevention specialists, and those working in public health, military, and many other professions have enjoyed taking this course. Some use the material to teach modules in stress, resilience, and thriving, while others use them in their personal coaching practices. As part of registration, you will receive Dr. Bennett’s book, Raw Coping Power. We’ve secured a special reduced rate for WWCMA members of $439.
Enrollment for this certification course will only be offered at the October 3 WWCMA19 Conference. Spots are limited to 20 members and will be on a first-come first-serve basis. Dr. Bennett and WWCMA will have a table set-up after his morning session to sign-up. Payment is due at the time of registration.
You can only sign-up at the conference, register today!

Mental Health Services take a Global Stage
Another top company CEO, Kevin Johnson of Starbucks, publicly announced a commitment to mental health and put it on global leadership’s agenda. Companies like Starbucks whose strategy is to address mental heath by focusing on prevention - not just treatment - should be attending #WWCMA19 on October 3. Per Johnson, "We believe this is a societal problem and we want to take steps within Starbucks for our partners to break the stigma of mental health, acknowledge that it exists, and do some creative things to provide services to those in need,” the CEO said.
